Release: I am aware of and assume the risks inherent in this event/activity. I will be responsible for my own well-being, and those named above, while participating in the activities associated with this event and while traveling to and from event. I, and those named above, release and hold harmless Habitat for Humanity for San Luis Obispo County and its officers, directors, members and volunteers from any and all liability for any injury, loss or damage to my person or property, direct or consequential, arising from participation in this event/activity and the travel and transportation involved.
